At Ava Land and Livestock, we are committed to sustainable cattle farming practices. Our goal is to build partnerships with local farmers and ranchers who are interested in leasing their land, but demand professional land management for their properties, by the Lessee (tenant).
**Pasture ground only. Must have reasonably tight fencing. We are always looking for parcels (60 acres minimum, up to 600+acres).

We operate a 300 head angus cow/calf operation and maintain some of the best looking farms in the county. We can work together to achieve your goals of earning some extra income on your farm ground while having your land maintained by professionals. In exchange, we are able to run some of Angus cattle on your land.
We are a family oriented business and believe that promises made should be kept. We have full time staff and the equipment necessary to work year round conducting land management on all farms (some leased, some owned).
